This is a classic issue that has always been there for many decades. Obviously yet, this issue has to be addressed from time to time as people tend to forget and ignore. Especially in current times when prolonged Covid 19 epidemic has worsened the poverty and sufferings in the world, the people of God (and the Church) have to be reminded to act as the light of the World. They have to take part
in relieving the sufferings of the poor people by sharing their love and possessions.

The fact however, is far from it. The Church and Christians tend to live in their selfish individual world of materialism. Even when Christian offerings are on the rise, the monies are not used to relief the sufferings of the needy, but are used for internal developments of the Church organization and the prosperity of its leaders. This phenomenon has to do with what the Church really believe and teach. So examining on what the Church believe and teach is never so crucial
today, and this is what we will do in this short book.
